At Ithalomso Waste Management, we know that behind every strong team is a group of even stronger women. This past Mother’s Day, we took time out to appreciate the incredible mothers and women who help keep Ithalomso running every single day with strength, grace, and a whole lot of heart.
The celebration was simple, but filled with joy. There was laughter, good food, warm conversations and moments that reminded us of just how important it is to pause and celebrate each other. It wasn’t about fancy decorations or big speeches, it was about togetherness.
What made the day even more special was a surprise visit from our CEO – Mr. Andile Ndevu, who showed up to personally thank the women for all they do not just at work, but in their families and communities too. His words were heartfelt and you could see how much it meant to everyone there. Mother’s Day at Ithalomso was a reminder that we’re more than a team, we’re a family. And on this day, we got to laugh, relax and just celebrate the amazing women who bring so much to our workplace every day.
