Sebastian Jozi – Chief Financial Officer
Sebastian is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and corporate governance. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of Transkei and has built a strong reputation for financial integrity, strategic oversight and operational accountability across various sectors.
Throughout his career, Sebastian has served on several audit and finance committees providing critical financial leadership, risk management guidance and assurance oversight. His governance experience includes notable board appointments including as a former board member of the Walter Sisulu University Foundation and the Khayelitsha Community Trust (KCT). He continues to serve as a non-executive director on the board of another private entity contributing to strategic direction and financial decision-making at the highest level.
As Chief Financial Officer of Ithalomso Waste Management, Sebastian is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning and compliance. His leadership ensures strong financial controls, sustainable growth and effective resource management all critical to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality environmental services with transparency and impact.
